Wakeboarding experience
I was asked the other day what wakeboarding was and I wasn’t quite sure. There are loads of wakeboarding gifts and wakeboarding lessons available (see below for details) but I wasn’t sure what it actually was. So I phoned my friends at Red Letter Days and they gave me a few more details. Essentially it’s like snowboarding and waterskiing and also a bit like surfing too! For a while Wakeboarding was known as skurfing but that doesn’t sound as cool so they changed it. When you take your wakeboarding experience you stand on the board and it is pulled by the boat (the same as water skiing) but it is a bit slower so you’ve got much more chance of staying upright and enjoying the ride! You’ll learn how to wakeboard, how to do some stunts and how to look cool (ok – we can’t guarantee that bit)

Hovercraft experiences

Sphereing Experiences
How do you explain to someone what Sphering is? I thought I’d use a hamster in a ball example but that doesn’t quite cut it – the hamster is in control of his ball! With Sphereing you are harnessed in side a huge inflatable ball (either alone or with a friend) and then you are rolled down a very steep hill! Your stomach will let you know it’s confused, your brain will do the same but the adrenline will kick them both into shape and tell them you’re having more fun than you’ve ever known! Aqua Sphereing
Aqua sphering is slightly easier to explain now that you know about ‘normal’ sphereing. This time you get into the same massive sphere but this time it’s got 30 litres of water inside to keep you company. You sit in an inner chamber and are not harnessed!.
Next time you put your washing machine on, take a look inside and then imagine that being rolled down a really big hill – that’s aqua sphereing that is! Warning: you may get wet while aqua sphereing.

Eclipse Sphereing
Eclipse Sphering is similar to the normal harness sphereing but the spheres aren’t see through. All you can see is your friends facial expressions (Eclipse Sphereing is usually for two people)
